Kyle Cody scouting report:

Cody has a perfect pitchers body, at 6’7 245lbs with a clean mechanics and has pitched against some of the better college hitters in the nation. Kyle Cody has seen his stock fall this season as his stats are not that impressive. Add that to his injury history and you have a cause for concern from many MLB teams.  Cody was drafted out of High School by the Phillies courtesy of his 95+ mph heater. With his impressive frame, he works down in the zone frequently. His secondary offerings need work. His slider is his second best pitch and his low 80s changeup is improving. Kyle Cody was drafted by the Minnesota Twins with the 73rd overall pick. Cody elected to return to Kentucky for his Senior season. The estimated slot value for the 73rd overall selection is $839,700, which the Twins offered a bit below.
